What data do we collect?
We will collect information you choose to submit through your use of our Round Safely App that will personally identify you – your name, email address, and other data (“Personal Identifiable Information”) only if you choose to share such information with us. For example, you will need to provide us with certain Personal identifiable Information to register with the Round Safely, sign up for certain future features that may be available through the Round Safely platform.
The decision to provide this information is optional; however, if you decide not to register or provide such information, you may not be able to use some or all of the features of Round Safely. Round Safely does not receive information about your actual location (such as GPS on a mobile device).
You should not upload any Information regarding any person other than yourself and those involved in simulated training and teaching. If you chose to upload PII regarding another person you must have their express consent to do so or be acting in some authorised position of legal guardian.
Information We Collect
We automatically collect non-identifiable information (“Non-Personal Information”) to help us understand how our users use the Round Safely platform. Like almost all websites, we automatically collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files may include the IP address of the computer or server that you are using to access the Round Safely platform, the IP address and URL from the website you visited just before you visited our Round Safely platform, the URL of the page you visit upon leaving the Round Safely platform, if any, and the type of browser and operating system you are using. This anonymous usage information may be associated with your username and profile, but Round Safely does not disclose the associated information to third parties.
How will we use your data?
Round Safely collects your data so that we can:
Process your requests and manage your account. Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like as well.
How We Use Your Information
We may use Personal Information, and Non-Personal Identifiable Information for the purposes intended by the Round Safely App, including: to communicate with you and your student colleagues, to notify you of new products or Round Safely platform , to send service notifications, to customize the content you see, to fulfill your requests for products and Round Safely platform , to improve the Round Safely platform, to conduct research, to solicit your feedback and input about the Round Safely platform and/or to provide more relevant products and Round Safely platform on or through the Round Safely platform. Such information may be combined with data collected from other sources so that we may further improve the relevance of products and Round Safely platform offered on or through the Round Safely App.
Round Safely does not and will not sell or share Personal Identifiable Information to third parties for promotional purposes, and we will not otherwise disclose such information to third parties, without your express permission. Round Safely will maintain the privacy of your Protected Health Information in accordance with GDPR.
If you agree, Round Safely will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services.
How do we store your data?
Round Safely securely stores your data on AWS UK Infrastructure.
Round Safely will keep your data for as long as you remain an active user and up to 2 years after last usage. Once this time period has expired, we will inform you of our intention to delete your data within 6 months.
Marketing
Round Safely would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Round Safely from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Round Safely would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request Round Safely for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
